We’re looking for a seasoned engineer who combines deep hands-on skills with the ability to guide architectural direction, influence technical strategy, and mentor others.

About the Role

Your work will directly shape how thousands of businesses worldwide interact with Continia’s solutions — improving user experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and helping companies save valuable time. As part of this role, you will be making technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and contribute to setting best practices that strengthen frontend enginnering across the company.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into well-engineered solutions — balancing product velocity with long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Drive architectural and technical direction for frontend solutions across Continia’s product suite.

Design and implement core features and shared components using React/React Native, and TypeScript.

Evaluate and introduce new technologies, patterns, and tools that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Contribute to the design system and ensure consistent, accessible, and performant user experiences.

Work closely with other engineers to review code, share knowledge, and improve development practices.

Act as a technical mentor — helping others grow through feedback, guidance, and collaboration.

Ensure strong build, deployment, and testing processes that support rapid, reliable delivery.

Contribute, or lead, broader engineering initiatives such as CI/CD improvements, observability, and cross-product consistency.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in building and maintaining large-scale frontend applications.

Deep understanding of web architecture, component design, performance optimization, and responsive UI patterns.

Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.

Solid knowledge of build tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

A pragmatic mindset — able to balance innovation with delivery.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Passion for technical craftsmanship and for helping others grow through mentorship and example.
