What You’ll Be Doing
Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable data-driven solutions
Develop and optimize LLMs, vector databases, and graph structures
Create advanced forecasts, classifications, and recommendation engines
Improve data pipelines and ensure access to high-quality data
Turn complex business needs into practical, high-impact AI use cases
Collaborate closely with digital leads, architects, and developers
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Explore new tools and technologies to keep Danfoss at the forefront of AI innovation
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
1+ year hands-on experience with AI/ML development
Strong Python skills and familiarity with notebooks and ML frameworks
Experience with forecasting models or large language models
Good understanding of databases, data structures, and software architecture
Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks, or MATLAB
Curious, proactive mindset — comfortable navigating complexity and engaging stakeholders
