At Falcom, you'll be instrumental in shaping products from concept to completion. In this role, you will:\n\n\nDesign and develop analog\/digital hardware (USB hubs, DSPs, MCUs); create schematics and ensure signal integrity and power management.\nBuild and test prototypes; perform hardware verification (including C++ test code).\nFacilitate DFM\/DFA initiatives and create documentation and specifications that are suitable for production.\nSupport production testing, system integration, and ad hoc issue resolution.\nCollaborate with software, mechanical, prototyping teams, and external suppliers to integrate and ship products.\nEnsure compliance with USB and industry standards while maturing product designs.\n\n\nWhat we think you need to thrive in the role:\n\n\nA bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics engineering or hardware development.\nComprehensive knowledge of USB standards, USB hubs, DSPs, and MCU design.\nFamiliarity with Python or C++ programming.\nFamiliarity with EMC\/EMI compliance.\nExperience with Circuit simulations.\nA willingness to collaborate, supporting colleagues and enhancing creative endeavors.\n4+ years of experience.\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nAt FalCom, we aim to cultivate a flexible and collaborative work environment built on trust, creativity, and mutual support.
