They should possess experience with GenAI frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, or similar tools for building AI-powered applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, prompt engineering, or related use cases. Additionally, they bring solid understanding of software engineering principles and hands-on experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, typescript), along with good experience using modern cloud-based services from major providers like GCP, AWS or Azure.\n\nThey have demonstrable ability to break down technical tasks into logical, iterative steps and analyses the wider impact of changes.
