Participate in live-site operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
Collaborate across internal & external teams to provide feedback and continuous improvements
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) software experience
Experience working on cloud-based SaaS applications
Knowledge of microservices and AI principles
AI/ML/X++/C#, Azure SQL
